You will do 50 WBS then 150 DUs, then 40 WBS then 120 DUs, and so on. *To scale, you can cut the reps in half. **If you do not have a wallball or a pair od dumbbells, load a backpack and perform thrusters. ***This will take anywhere from 18-22 minutes
