Background:  Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. Level 2 CrossFit coach. 10 years experience as a personal trainer.

 

Favorite CrossFit Movement:  Power clean...also who doesn’t love a good bench press!

 

Favorite CrossFit WOD:  Nate (20 min AMRAP --- 2 muscle ups, 4 HSPUs, 8 KB swings)
