Step 2

 

All new athletes will start with 2- 3 weeks in our Elements Program to learn the CrossFit foundational movements. 

*Experienced CrossFit athletes will skip this step.

Step 3

Upon completion of our Elements program, athletes will join our regular CrossFit classes.
