What Can You Expect from Me:  You can expect 2 things from me every day: Loud, High Energy Music and a lot of Hollering


Background:  I’ve been coaching for 2+ years now at CFP. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people, establishing goals, and helping them meet or exceed every one of those goals. These people are not just clients or athletes anymore; many of them are close friends.
