Why I’m Here:  I love that CrossFit can be modified to fit any fitness level, from beginner to elite.  

What You Can Expect from Me:  As a trainer, I help athletes create movement patterns that will be effective and safe for long term health.  


Background:  I have been a CrossFit Level 1 trainer for 10 years and have taken additional classes in Mobility, Rowing, Kettlebells, Gymnastics, Double unders and Olympic Lifts.  


Favorite CrossFit Movement:  I love double unders and clean and jerks
