CrossFit Level 1 Trainer & Social Media Manager
How did you get into CrossFit? My brother did a speed and agility training at a CrossFit gym. I saw people lifting weights one day and told my dad "I want to do that!" I started CrossFit in high school and loved the community aspect. It is what has kept me into CrossFit all through college and into post grad life.

Favorite CrossFit movement? Any type of weightlifting but cleans are my all-time favorite. Power, squat, hang, I love them all!
What are you doing outside the gym? I am a huge reader! When I am not working out or coaching, you are likely to find me dog sitting and catching up on my reading list :)
What’s your go to hype song at the gym? I am a big rap fan, but anything by Young Dolph is PR song worthy!
What’s one tip you think all athletes should hear? Sometimes you just have to show up! Life is always happening and there are so many variables outside of our control. Even after a bad day, the gym always makes me feel better. There is never a workout you will regret doing!
