How did you get into CrossFit? Started out doing a 6-week challenge to lean out and get stronger. I fell in love with the methodology and got my L1 2 years later in 2020!

Favorite CrossFit movement? Deadlifts!
What’s your guilty pleasure? Tortilla chips, guacamole, cheese dip and chocolate, chocolate chip ice cream! Those are my weakness!
Tell us a little about you? A Disney Queen, a wife, a mom of 3, a Dee Dee to 1, animal lover. I enjoy playing word games, spending time outside, palm trees and sunshine!
What are you up to outside the gym? I am a Disney fanatic! When I have the free time, I am always making my way to Disney World in Florida. You can also find me crafting, making
t-shirts, and spending time with my family.
What’s one tip you think all athletes should hear? You’ve got this, you’ll never know until you try. Never waste a rep, always add a bit more weight, it might be your new 1RM!
